ATDW Profile Fees
$295 per annum (AUD incl. GST) for 12 months (less than $1 per day)
$120 per annum (AUD incl. GST) for 12 months for Accredited Business
To be eligible, businesses must be accredited with these organisations:
1. VTIC Sustainable Tourism Accredited Business (inc. Star Ratings)
2. Ecotourism Certified (EA), ECO Certified (Advanced Ecotourism) or ECO Certified (Nature Tourism) by Ecotourism Australia
3. Camp/Adventure Activity Accreditation Program
4. Caravan Holiday Parks Accreditation Program
Free for Events - from publish date to end of event
No fee for Not for Profit Organisations for 12 months

The Victorian Government waived the fee for all listings on ATDW in response to bushfires and the pandemic in May 2020. The annual profile fee returned on 1 July 2023.
All businesses - Payment for your renewal can be made directly via the ATDW payment gateway or, depending on which region you operate in, may be part of a membership package through your Regional Tourism Board (RTB). For RTB contact details, please see here.
Accredited businesses - if your business is accredited by a designated organisation (see links within the organisation names in the table below), you may be eligible for a reduced ATDW profile fee of $120 per profile. This reduced rate will automatically appear in the pop-up payment box on the ATDW platform. If you are accredited, but the reduced fee doesn't appear, please send an email to [email protected] with supporting material regarding your accreditation.
Not-for-profit organisations - if your organisation is not for profit, you are eligible for a free profile. The ATDW platform identifies NFPs via their ABN. To enable the free profile, you must enter your ABN in the field when registering your organisation on the ATDW platform (or login and add it in at any time).
