How to create an ATDW Event profile

List your event on ATDW for free and have it published to a range of tourism and event websites including visitvictoria.com.

IMPORTANT: 
- To be eligible to list on ATDW, events must have a leisure tourism focus with the best potential to stimulate visitation from international and interstate visitors.
- Please submit your ATDW event profile at least 4 weeks in advance. This allows the profile ample time to be discoverable on Google and to generate valuable traffic from ATDW distributor websites. 
- Before you start, search on visitvictoria.com to check that your event hasn't already been listed. If you're unsure, email [email protected].

Listing your event on the ATDW takes under 10 minutes. You need:
- General organisation details if you are registering a new account
- A description of your event (up to 200 words)
- Images of your event. At least one image (maximum of 10). Images need to be minimum 1600 pixels (W) by 1200 pixels (H) and no larger than 10MB.

- Classes, Lessons, Workshops and Talks
- Community
- Concert or Performance
- Exhibitions and Shows
- Festivals and Celebrations
- Food and Wine
- Markets
- Sporting Events
- Business Events (not guaranteed to be published to visitvictoria.com)

IMPORTANT: 

Events must have a leisure tourism focus with the best potential to stimulate visitation from international and interstate visitors. ATDW profiles will feature on tourism websites which attract leisure tourists seeking events such as concerts, family entertainment, sports events, recreational activities - things that people do whilst on holiday/vacation. 

If your event targets a specific interest group for a non-leisure tourism activity (ie health promotion expos, education expos, industry events, such as agricultural machinery etc) these are not eligible.

Instructions:

Registering your account

1. Go to www.ATDW-Online.com.au
2. To create your new account, click the Register Now button. If you already have an account, Login with your username (email address) and password and skip to the instructions below for Creating your profile.
3. Select Tourism Operator as your Account Type (click anywhere in the box) and click Continue at the bottom of screen.
4. Complete the Organisation Information template with all relevant fields (ABN is not mandatory). This information should reflect the address and contact information of your organisation or event.
5. Complete the Personal Information template. Additional users can be added to an organisation to allow multiple people access to the one profile/ account (this can be completed within the Account tab in the ATDW Dashboard).
6. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions.

Creating your profile

1. Click Let’s Go to create your first profile(or add new profile if already have at least one profile).
2. Select Event as your Profile Type.
3. Complete all relevant fields for your profile and click the Send for Review button when completed. NB: Mandatory fields are indicated with an asterisk symbol in the vertical orange navigation panel.
4. Your profile will be reviewed within 1-2 business days before being published to visitvictoria.com and a range of other tourism and event websites on the ATDW distributor network.
