How to renew an ATDW profile

Renewing your ATDW profile will take 5-10 minutes. Before you get started, you should have at the ready:

Your ATDW-Online username (email address) and password. If you don't know your password, reset it here.

Any information you would like to update your profile with - images, description, indicative prices.

Credit card for payment or coupon code if one has been provided by your Visitor Economy Partnership. For VEP contact details, please see here.

Profiles cost $295 (inc GST) per annum or $120 (inc GST) per annum for accredited businesses. More fee information here.

Instructions:

1. Go to www.ATDW-Online.com.au
2. Enter your ATDW-Online username (email address) and password. If you don't know your password, reset it here.
3. From your Profile Dashboard, click the red RENEW button next to the profile you would like to renew.
4. Review your profile ensuring that key information regarding your business is up to date, i.e. business description, photos, pricing, opening hours, etc. Click on Summary to get an overview of your profile. You will need to make at least one edit to your profile in order to be able to renew it.
5. Click on RENEW when you have finished updating your profile. Your updates auto-save as you go, so you can return to your listing at a later stage if you need to.
6. If required, confirm your billing details and Continue to the next page to choose your payment method.
7. Place Order at the bottom of the page.
8. Your profile will be submitted for Quality Assurance (QA), where it will be renewed within 1-2 business days before being republished to relevant ATDW distributor websites.
