ATDW Deals enable you to add a limited-time offer to your business' ATDW profile at no additional cost. Your deal doesn’t have to be a discount - visitors are often seeking a great experience, as well as ease and convenience. Deals are displayed on the dedicated visitvictoria.com/deals page, visitvictoria.com/regions/every-bit-different/deals page and within the profile's description. Deals regularly feature in Visit Victoria marketing campaigns and most regional tourism websites that are connected to ATDW also display deals.

What type of deal can I submit?
Deals can be a discount, package, a bonus gift or a collaboration with another business. Your deal should clearly demonstrate value for consumers and be for a limited time only (not part of your regular offerings or pricing). Deals must be available for the general public to book and should not be limited to specific groups or programs.
You can upload up to three deals to each profile that display for up to three months and are valid for up to 2 years.
Tips to make your winter deals irresistible:
- Lean into the winter bit - think slow, cosy or indulgent, let your offer reflect a feeling people are craving.
- Keep it clear and easy - a strong title, striking image, and a clear call to action go a long way.
- Know who it’s for - couples, families, friends, solo reset, speak directly to them.
- Add value, not just a discount - it’s about what people get to experience, not just what they save.
How to add a deal or special offer to your ATDW profile:
- Login to www.atdw-online.com.au with your username (email address) and password.
- Click Update on the profile you would like to add a deal to. If your profile is expired, look for the red Renew button instead.
- Click Add a Deal/Offer on the grey menu on the left.
- Fill out the Deals & Offers template. Use the guidance text on the right if you need help.
- Click on Send for Review to have your deal submitted for approval.
- Your deal will be reviewed and approved in 1-2 business days before being published to visitvictoria.com and other websites.
