It's best practice to regularly review and update your ATDW listing, especially if any details related to your business change. It is important to keep your listing accurate, up to date, interesting and appealing to engage tourist interest.
How to update a listing:
- Go to www.ATDW-Online.com.au
- Enter your ATDW-Online login details. If you don't know your password, reset it here.
- From your Listing Dashboard, click the Update button next to the listing you would like to update.
- Navigate to the section you would like to update by using the orange menu on the left, or by clicking on Summary to get an overview of your listing.
- Click on Send for Review when you have finished updating your listing.
- Your listing will be sent for Quality Assurance (QA), where your updates will be reviewed and approved within 1-2 business days.

How to disable an unwanted listing:
- Go to www.ATDW-Online.com.au
- Enter your ATDW-Online login details. If you don't know your password, reset it here.
- From your Listing Dashboard, click the Update button next to the listing you would like to disable.
- Click on the MORE... button in the top right corner of the listing page and select Request to disable.
- Your request will be approved within 1-2 business days.
Disabled listings can be retrieved at any time by Visit Victoria. Please contact the team if you'd like to reuse a disabled listing.
