ATDW profiles for Melbourne tourism businesses

Visit Victoria is pleased to advise that businesses with an ATDW profile that expires between 1 July and 31 December 2022, have had their profiles extended for up to 6 months without charge. Refer to your ATDW profile to see your new expiry date.

Businesses creating a new profile can continue to access a free ATDW coupon code (up to 31 December 2022). Events and NFPs do not need a coupon code to be listed. Coupon codes for Melbourne businesses are dispensed by Visit Victoria's ATDW team. Please find further information below. If your business operates in regional Victoria, please visit this page.

Creating a profile:

  1. Confirm that your business meets ATDW eligibility criteria. If you're unsure of your eligibility, contact us.
  2. Request a coupon code here. This will be applied at the payment stage of the profile creation process in ATDW-Online.
  3. In the meantime, we recommend you prepare a description of your business. Aim for 2-3 short paragraphs at a maximum of 200 words. You'll also need a selection of five to 10 high-quality landscape images to showcase your business.
  4. Once you have your coupon code, description and images ready, go to www.atdw-online.com.au to register an account and create your profile. You can find some instructions to guide you here.

Renewing a profile:

ATDW profiles require renewal every 12 months. Profiles can be renewed from 30 days to their expiry or any time after they have expired. Your listing's expiry date can be found on your ATDW-Online dashboard.

  1. You will need a coupon code to renew your profile for free. Visit Victoria's ATDW team will email you a code at the time your profile is due for renewal. Coupon codes are not required for Events or NFP organisations
  2. Log in to your ATDW-Online account, locate your profile and click on RENEW
  3. Review and update your profile details
  4. Click on RENEW
  5. Proceed to the payment page and enter your coupon code. Click on APPLY COUPON and PLACE ORDER
  6. Your profile will be processed and republished within 1-2 business days
