Free ATDW listings for Melbourne tourism businesses

Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) listings provide an online presence at national, state, regional and destination levels through the key online tourism marketing platforms of visitvictoria.comaustralia.com and more.

Visit Victoria is pleased to announce that ATDW listings will continue to be free until 30 June 2022.

Providing free ATDW listings saves every business $295 and ensures they can continue to be promoted across visitvictoria.com and other official tourism websites. Businesses looking to maximise their exposure through Visit Victoria's marketing programs and activities should ensure they have an up to date ATDW listing with engaging images and copy.

To find out how to create or renew an ATDW business listing free of charge, please read the information below.

How to claim your free ATDW listing

I already have a live ATDW business listing:

There's nothing you need to do until your listing is due for renewal. If your listing is due to expire between now and 30 June 2022, you can renew it free of charge with a coupon code. Look out for a 30-day renewal reminder email from Visit Victoria with instructions to renew your listing. You can find your listing's expiry date on your ATDW-Online account dashboard.

As always, we would encourage you to regularly update your listing, ensuring you have engaging images and copy. You can find instructions to update your listing here.

I have an expired ATDW listing:

Your listing will still be available in your ATDW-Online account for you to update and renew free of charge.

  1. First, you'll need to request a coupon code from Visit Victoria's ATDW Team here. This will need to be applied at the payment stage of the listing renewal process in ATDW-Online.
  2. Once you have your code, you can log in to your ATDW-Online account and follow these steps to renew your listing.

I am creating an ATDW listing for the first time:

  1. First, you need to confirm that your business meets ATDW eligibility criteria. If you're unsure of your eligibility, contact us.
  2. Once you have confirmed that your business is eligible, you can request a coupon code from Visit Victoria's ATDW Team here. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your coupon code.
  3. In the meantime, we recommend you prepare a description of your business if you don't have one already. Aim for 2-3 short paragraphs at a maximum of 200 words. You'll also need a selection of five to 10 quality images to showcase your business. Images need to be in landscape orientation and at least 1600 x 1200 pixels in size. You can find some advice for selecting and uploading images here.
  4. Once you have received your coupon code and have your description and images ready, go to www.atdw-online.com.au to register an account and create your listing. You can find some instructions to follow here.

I'm not sure if I already have an ATDW listing or not:
