ATDW listings provide an online presence at national, state, regional and destination levels through the key online tourism marketing platforms of and more.

In response to the economic impact of bushfires and COVID-19, Visit Victoria, with the support of the Victorian Government and Regional Tourism Boards, is providing free 12-month ATDW listings to all Victorian tourism businesses.

Providing free ATDW listings saves each and every tourism business $295 and importantly ensures businesses continue to be promoted on the tourism websites that will maximise their exposure as part of recovery marketing campaign activity.

Existing ATDW subscribers have already received a 12-month extension to their listing. Eligible businesses have until June 30, 2021 to create an ATDW business listing free of charge.

How to claim your free ATDW listing

If you already have a live ATDW listing:

There's nothing you need to do. A free 12-month extension has been applied to your listing subscription. You can find your new listing expiry date on your ATDW-Online listing dashboard.

As always, we would encourage you to regularly update your listing. You can find instructions to update your listing here.

If you have an expired ATDW listing:

Your listing will still be available in your ATDW-Online account for you to update and renew free of charge.

  1. First, you need to request a coupon code from your Regional Tourism Organisation (RTO). This will be used as your form of payment when renewing your listing. You can find the contact details of your RTO or Local Council further below.
  2. Once you have your coupon code, go to your ATDW-Online account and follow these steps to renew your listing.

If you don't have an ATDW listing and would like to create one:

  1. First, you'll need to confirm that your tourism business meets ATDW eligibility criteria. If you're unsure of your eligibility, contact us.
  2. Once you have confirmed your eligibility, you need to request a coupon code from your Regional Tourism Organisation (RTO). This will be applied at the payment stage of the listing creation process in ATDW-Online. You can find the contact details of your RTO or Local Council further below.

What is the eligibility criteria for having an ATDW listing?
Your business or event must have a physical presence in Australia, provide a direct experience to the leisure tourist and fit in to one of the following listing categories: Accommodation; Attraction; Food and Drink; Event; Hire; Tour; Transport and General Service. Tour operators and Accommodation providers must provide a current ABN upon registering an ATDW account.
How long will businesses be able to claim a free 12-month listing for?
New businesses or those with an expired listing will have until June 30 2021 to claim and redeem their coupon code. If you already have a live ATDW listing, your current subscription has already been extended by 12 months and you don't need to take any action.
How do I reset my password to log in to ATDW-Online?
